Wicked Big Cafe in Haverhill

Bagel Sandwich was delicious, but as previous reviews had warned me - the coffee just isn't it. It reminds me of heavenly donuts regular coffee. It lacks flavor and tasted a bit watery. Not a BAD coffee, just not great. This is more like 3.5 starts but I rounded up l, cuz who likes a 3 star review?

Limited menu was far as what I’ve seen other coffee places have but great customer service and great tasty coffee aswell!!

I’m really impressed with the team that runs WBC. Always kind, and they are very innovative to stay open during the pandemic—pushing the city to adopt street seats and finding ways to keep serving the community. I do wish the coffee was better but alas there isn’t any great coffee for many miles.

These guys are great on a personal and professional level... doing special orders, working with only a few people and still putting items out in a timely manner, all with great customer service!! Don't ever drop the standards guys and you'll be 5 stars forever!! Keep it up!! (get the frozen drinks!) they also have protein and can make protein shakes which alot of places dont do right now

Stopped in for the first time today and despite coming in right before closing we were warmly welcomed. The chai latte I ordered was hands down the best I've ever had, perfectly spicy and not overly sweet. I didn't try the food but will definitely be back, the menu is quite extensive and offers both breakfast and lunch.

Been a proud customer for 5 years. Coffee is always fresh and the food is always hot. Most certainly would recommend.

With two independent coffee shops around the corner from each other they both are good for different reasons. This one has the better selection of food and pastries and lower prices overall. The coffee here is good but that's where the other shines.

The customer service is fantastic! The best things are the warm croissant 🥐 or the Asiago bagel w/butter & cream cheese on the panini grill. The best drink so far Hojicha tea with steeped as not to burn. The chai latte is great, although it is a powder mix. Fixings on the foam helps just be sure to check the foam density!

While getting an oil change for my motorcycle near by I stopped in for the first time. I ordered a cblt. The portions were good. And a good sandwich for the level of service. The sandwich has potential to be great. Fresh grilled chicken then cut would give it more flavor, using avocado instead of guacamole, and buttering the inside half of the bread would do this sandwich justice. Overall nice little place to stop and grab something to eat and drink.

Clean, welcoming establishment serving healthy food and providing a calm space to relax. Spacey atmosphere once you get inside. Staff were down to earth people that worked hard to keep customers happy and fed. They were also very informative about the menu, which is loaded with breakfast and lunch options. The food is unbelievable! You can tell it's fresh and homemade. I will definitely be returning to test out more grub.

Good service and atmosphere at this Haverhill coffee shop. My iced coffee was extra large with a good coffee flavor and they had almond milk. I will add it to my stop and look forward to trying the food next time!

Nice chill environment. Friendly staff, always welcoming. Good place for a bite at a reasonable price. Gotta try their cinnamon scones, I must admit I'm hooked.

I want to really like this place! I loved my burrito and my mocha iced latte but the atmosphere was far from what I thought it would be. The tables were covered in food particles and used napkins and it was not busy at all when I came in. The floor also looked like it had not been swept in days. The chairs look like they are going to fall apart any second and the mural on the wall by the bathroom is not brightening the place up at all. The customer service was great and I heard awesome communication between the staff so this is why I gave 3 stars. It needs just a little TLC<3

I wouldn't say physically it is wicked big but has a wicked huge selection of cafe foods and drinks at great prices.

The customer service is regularly swift, fantastic character, very friendly staff. I will return again when I get in the area.

We were in from out of town visiting family and saw good reviews online so thought we'd give it a try. They couldn't have been more accurate. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent lunch. We'll be back.

Good bagels and coffee. My wife is excited to try some of their sandwiches. Would certainly recommend.

Cute little cafe. Service was fine, nothing super friendly but not rude either. They did allow me to sit for a while chatting with a friend so I appreciate that. My turkey, hummus, avocado sandwich was ok but kind of bland. would have been good with some kind of balsamic dressing or something with flavor. But overall, not bad.

Delicious coffee and smoothies! Fun flavors and options!

It's hit or miss. My most recent visit was a miss. My iced latte was all milk -- way too light, I couldn't even taste the flavor I ordered. I had the peanut butter granola sandwich which wasn't bad even the though the bread could've been toasted more with slightly less PB. It depends who is making your order, their training will either make your visit a good one or bad one. With various employees in and out of there you're better getting black coffee and adding your own sweets to it.

On of the best places around!!

My sandwich was pretty good. A little bland but I still enjoyed it. I got the Turkey, Avocado sandwich only instead of whole grain asked for sourdough bread. Probably was change it some way to give it more flavor next time. Nice atmosphere and relatively polite service. Sat for a while catching up with a friend and they didn't have any issue with it.

Absolute best coffee place around. Charming atmosphere, good prices, super good drinks and food. Must try.

I live right across the street from the cafe and I absolutely love it!! The nutty pan sandwich is my all time & I order it all the time with extra nutella on the side. I wish they offered it with strawberries too though. Their speciality coffee drinks are amazingly delicious as well...It's a cute little coffee shop/cafe with artwork from local artists for sale which is very cool..It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

Good food, good coffee, and a good atmosphere make Wicked Big Cafe a great spot to stop by for coffee. In the area you won't find much better.

Great coffee and sandwiches. Ask for the "Sam wich." It's not on the menu anymore, but they know what it is. You will not be disappointed.
